Conditions of Use

Prices
Some films are available for a reduced price. This is only meant for people with little income that can't afford the film otherwise. We expect organisations, NGOs and institutions with access to financial resources to purchase DVDs for the solidarity price. The incomes from DVD sales help to support independent film productions and translations.
Our work is non profit oriented, we are a registered non-profit organisation.

Shipping
Your order will be delivered worldwide by German Federal Post. Mailing costs are automatically added to your order.

Free Mailing Costs
for orders that exceed an order value of 50 euro.

Trade Discount
Resellers can choose the reduced price to get trade discount.

Purchases on Account
We do not offer this option. An exception are reliable people and organisations ordering regularly. In this case chose the option “payment in advance” and write a short comment asking if a purchase on account is possible.

Buying on Commission
Not possible. We unfortunately do not have the capacities to deal with the administration of orders on commission and running after people.
