The documentary explains in eleven chapters what the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP, Alianza para la Seguridad y Prosperidad de América del Norte/ ASPAN) implicates for the people in Mexico, the United States and Canada: its antidemocratic character, the loss of sovereignty, the enlargement of the neoliberal model, militarization, a growing ciminalization of social protest, the exploitation and privatization of natural and energetic ressources, the adaption of laws, its effect on indigenous peoples and the strong resistence against this militaristic and antidemocratic alliance.
